Well ladies – what do we want? Can we ever really be sure? All too often it is what we think we can’t have – until we get it that is and then we don’t want it any more!
So here goes – PERFECTION is what we want.
He must be Tall Dark and Handsome with an athletic body and possessing the qualities of Courtesy and Respect with a modern attitude to equality. He must be Confident, Intellectual, Masterful, Knowledgeable, Streetwise, Considerate, Reliable and a Sharp Dresser with a roguish side just to keep us on our toes and a cracking sense of humour to round things off.
Sorry – I missed out the White Charger and the Shining Armour.
Give the poor guy a break!
Lots of men possess some of these qualities but I haven’t heard of any who have it all.
Just like us, ladies, they have their imperfections and let’s face it – wouldn’t life be dull if they didn’t. We wouldn’t have anything to ‘work’ with.
So, come on – cut them some slack. Give a little – don’t be too hasty to judge them on things like dress sense for instance – you can work on that in time.
Differing attitudes and aspirations can all come together successfully with a little give and take on both sides.
It takes a clever lady to ‘encourage’ a man to be the one she is looking for but it can be well worth the effort when you have your ‘bespoke’ by your side.
